Is it correct not to include the words “..two..” only to state the number of organizations being studied in the thesis?

Or as a general rule…what is limitations in stating words that would indicate the limited number of entities being studied? e.g…..two organizations…three groups….four sites….five institutions….six agencies…?

Cause I suggested not to include any number in the title for an education thesis.

    THANK you for your response.
